Questions, Answered Honestly
No marketing speak. Just straight answers about how Post Forge works, what to expect, and what happens if something goes wrong.
The System, Simply Explained
No. You need a WordPress site and credentials I can use to connect it. If you have Pinterest or Facebook pages for your business, those can be connected too — but they’re optional. The technical side is handled entirely on our end. You just watch the posts appear.
Once a week, Post Forge plans ahead — pulling together fresh topic ideas for your niche based on what’s already been published, so nothing gets repeated. Then on each publishing day, it writes the post, creates a featured image, fills in the SEO fields, and publishes it to your site. If you have Pinterest or Facebook connected, those get updated automatically too. You don’t do anything — you just see new posts appearing on your site.
Posts publish automatically on your schedule — that’s the whole point. If a post ever misses the mark, reach out and we’ll take a look at it together. But the automation runs without a review step, and that’s by design. The moment you’re manually approving posts, you’re back to managing a blog.
We monitor daily. If something breaks, we catch it before you do — that’s the commitment. The system has error handling built in and alerts on failures. A missed post on a given day is not catastrophic — the queue is always there and we can reschedule.
If a post ever goes out that misses the mark quality-wise, let us know. We’ll look at what happened and adjust the niche or voice settings going forward so future posts land better.
What You Actually Get
The posts are written specifically for your niche, your audience, and your tone — not generic filler. Every post is also SEO-optimized with a focus keyphrase and meta description built in.
The best way to judge is to read our own sites. The posts there are generated by the same system, with no human editing after the fact: gramandpaptravel.com, mygardengreen.com, ketopaleofusion.com, projectsolardiy.com.
Posts run 1,800–2,500 words — long enough to rank well for moderate-competition keywords without being padded filler. That’s the sweet spot for SEO depth and readability, and it’s what every site in the system runs on.
The system reviews your recently published titles before generating new topics and works to avoid repeating ground that’s already been covered. As your content library grows, the focus naturally shifts toward finding fresh angles within your niche.
Getting Started
The basics:
- WordPress site — we’ll provide a plugin for you to install, and you’ll create an admin-level Application Password for us to use. You control it and can revoke it at any time.
- A description of your niche, tone, and target audience
- Your preferred posting schedule (M/W/F, Mon–Fri, etc.)
- Pinterest and/or Facebook pages if you have them and want distribution connected
That’s the full checklist. Most clients are live within a few days of signing up.
Typically 2–4 business days from when you provide credentials and niche details. We get your site configured, import your existing posts for internal linking, set up the prompts for your specific niche and audience, and run a test post before anything goes live automatically.
The Fine Print — Which Isn’t Fine Print
If Post Forge isn’t delivering consistent, quality content to your WordPress site within the first 30 days, you get your first month’s subscription payment back. The setup fee is non-refundable — that covers the work of getting your site configured and live. But if the system isn’t performing after that, you shouldn’t be paying for it.
Yes, cancel anytime. Since billing is in advance, you’ll continue to receive posts through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then automation stops. Everything that’s been published stays on your WordPress site — it’s yours to keep.
No. The monthly price covers everything — content generation, image generation, distribution, monitoring, and support. All API costs are absorbed on our end. You pay one flat rate.
